Go ahead, ring our MelodyChime® Instruments!
- A rubber bumper in a non-slip positioning groove provides quick control over volume and response.
- Nickel-plated brass clapper shafts are solid and responsive, and don't need weights or washers. To provide a lighter playing action and finer control, we've matched the playing action on the upper octaves with aluminum shafts. The hexagonal shape on both brass and aluminum shafts permits secure clapper head adjustments -- without taking anything apart.
- Textured powder coating, with ivory naturals and black accidentals, offers long life and a sure grip.
- Shafts are permanently molded into their yokes, not pinned.
- For a soft, full tone on lower notes, clapper heads are yarn-wound built to our own specification.
- Naturals have an anodized ivory finish and carry gold labels with black text. Accidentals have an anodized black finish and black labels with gold text.
- Clapper response is fully adjustable through concealed setscrews.
- Handsome hard-shell cases take rough handling, with individual cavities sized for each instrument.

The Details Speak For Themselves
Close as you care to look and listen, you won't find a compromise in MelodyChime ® instruments. We designed them to set new standards for appearance, sound, and durability. These are truly first-class musical instruments, loaded with unique features designed to take on the real world of classrooms, sanctuaries, and concerts.
We mount each clapper into its yoke with a precision stainless steel axle and nylon bearings, for a lifetime of smooth performance.
We provide six-position adjustable clapper heads for middle and high notes, and adjust the hardness of the thermoplastic head to match each note's characteristics and permit smoother voicing.
We vary the length of each clapper shaft to locate the ideal strike point for each instrument.
And we use a unique octagonal sounding tube that fits most any hand -- large or small -- comfortably and securely.
